I had a botched Lifestyle Lift and was left with big scars around my ears and on my face is crooked now. Can you help ? What can be done for this?
Yes, we can help you. Unfortunately though, your problem with Lifestyle Lift is not uncommon in Orlando. We use advanced laser techniques with Candela V-Beam technology to take the redness and inflammation out of scars, which does help. Scar revision is sometimes needed later after a year of healing and laser therapy. What is computer imaging and how does it help me for rhinoplasty?
Computer imaging allows us to take a photo of you and morph it to change features so you can see an estimate of how you’ll look after surgery. It is much more than just Photoshop. It is a software program designed for plastic surgeons from Mirror corporation and is a very powerful tool. I find the imager for Rhinoplasty and Chin implant procedures to be a great asset and helps my patients see what’s best for them. It takes a lot of guess work and anxiety out of the process and that’s a significant advantage to computer imaging for patients in the Orlando area considering Rhinoplasty. – Dr. G.

I had botox 7/10 now the bags under my eyes stand out. I have used your green tea cream and it did not help. WILL botox also work under the eyes?
Botox may improve the tired look under the eyes; however, eyelid lift or blepharoplasty (depending on age and other factors) may also help your eyes. We administer Botox at the corner of the eyes in the orbicularis oculii muscle to soften the the area.

Hello Dr. Gross, I've been searching for a facial surgeon and I found your website. I was looking at the before and after photos and I really liked the results. I would wish to have my rhinoplasty done by you. I'm unhappy with the way my nose looks like, I have a bump on the bridge of my nose and I would also wish for a thinner nose. Cheek implant procedures can be very helpful in lifting the cheek or giving fullness to weak cheek bones. Our practice has a good deal of experience in helping patients with this procedure. I also recommend a trial with Radiesse before porceeding with Chekk Implants, to see how your face responds to the changes.

My question is regarding Dermology,I already know what an amazing surgeon your are. When my son Ty Hunter Temmel was 15yrs old he stared to get a receding hair at the temples. He is 16 now and on the 4th of July we got caught in the rain. With a wet head I could see his scalp, his hair has gotten so thin in the last year he looked like a 60 yr old man. This can be devastating to a young man's confedence. He just starting acting and modeling has done some print work. Is he too young for minoxidil, Propecia or Finasteride? What can be done for him?
Although the medications you listed do help slow hair loss, the best and most effective method for permanent hair restiration is Hair Transplant procedure (HT). Call for more info.
