Dear Dr. Gross,
As you know I was very hesitant; waiting almost 10 years since my last attempt at rhinoplasty, because of the intense pain and poor service from my prior Surgeon in Tennessee. When you originally told me the the pain would be “3 out of 10″, I was extremely skeptical. I am now a convert and would hope that anyone hesitant doing a revision or a new rhinoplasty because of the pain or poor service, seriously consider you as their Surgeon.
I also wanted to let you know that my experience with you and your support staff has been excellent and I was very happy to see that throughout the entire process that the quality service remained.
Lastly, I would like to tell you that I am convinced that you genuinely care about your patients and that’s a nice change.
