I could never have imagined how wonderful this experience of Primera has been. I was only interested in finding a good plastic surgeon and researched several in Florida. Dr. Gross had the experience, skill and credentials I was looking for and once I met with him I knew I had made the right choice. Everything from the point of my surgery on has exceeded my expectations. Could not be happier with my results or the atmosphere at Primera, the staff always make you feel warm and welcome. I came to the surgery after an abusive relationship changed not only the way I looked, but felt. As you know I was very hesitant; waiting almost 10 years since my last attempt at rhinoplasty, because of the intense pain and poor service from my prior Surgeon in Tennessee. When you originally told me the the pain would be “3 out of 10″, I was extremely skeptical. I am now a convert and would hope that anyone hesitant doing a revision or a new rhinoplasty because of the pain or poor service, seriously consider you as their Surgeon.
