We celebrated our open house in August and had a great time. For the event we had live music, food, and drinks. With a turnout of over 200 people, we were all quite busy meeting and greeting. Everyone had a wonderful time and the event was a huge success. For those of you who have not seen the new office we invite you to come by and say “hello”. We welcome you with big smiles and open arms. 
Great Results
I would like to introduce you to Faith. Faith has recently completed her one year anniversary since Rhinoplasty surgery on 12/05. As you can see, the results are awesome. Many of our young patients have been considering Rhinoplasty for a long time. The results are very rewarding to the patient, Dr. Gross and the staff. “We are always very happy to see the big smiles on their faces” says Dr. Gross. Rhinoplasty surgery is quite painless with most patients reporting minimal need for pain medication. The small amounts of bruising and swelling the patients encounter demonstrate the careful and delicate nature of Dr. Gross’ surgeries. The surgery cast stays on for one week, and at the end 
of the week results are already quite noticeable. Dr. Gross has been recognized as the Orlando Rhinoplasty Nose Surgeon by area colleges. Rhinoplasty is the most complicated cosmetic procedure. Being the best at Rhinoplasty demonstrates the high degree of skill Dr. Gross gives each of his patients.
Fraxel Laser Treatments
The newest and hottest addition to Dr. Gross’ tool belt is the Fraxel Laser. Fraxel Laser Treatments produce thousands of tiny but deep columns of treatment in your skin, known as micro thermal treatment zones. This treatment eliminates old pigmented cells and It also penetrates deep into the skin. Just as important, though, are the areas of skin the Fraxel Laser leaves untouched.
For every micro thermal zone the laser targets and treats intensively, it leaves the surrounding tissue unaffected and intact. This “fractional” treatment allows the skin to heal much faster than if the entire area were treated at once, It uses the body’s natural healing process to create new, healthy tighter tissue to replace skin imperfections. Results are immediate and progressive. Because Fraxel Laser Treatment spares healthy tissue, it is effective even on delicate skin areas, such as the neck, chest and hands.
