What is an Internet Consultation?
Primera Internet Consultations allow you to discuss your questions and possible procedure with Dr. Gross as well as gather information regarding the enhancement you desire, in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Lasting approximately 25-30 minutes, Internet Consultations are done over the phone , or via Skype, after Dr. Gross has reviewed your photographs and medical history. This has proven to be a very convenient and useful tool for patients to determine if they are good candidates for treatment.
Because Dr. Gross frequently performs Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery) on patients from out of state and abroad, the Internet Consultation will help to determine your eligibility before you visit our Orlando- Lake Mary office in Florida. This online nasal surgery consultation also helps Dr. Gross assess whether you are a good rhinoplasty candidate and the degree to which he can ultimately address your individual situation. If you are interested in completing an Internet Consultation, please carefully follow the directions below.
Complete the forms below and submit your photos along with the $100 USD Internet Consultation. If Dr. Gross feels that you are a good candidate for nasal surgery (after your consultation), we will e-mail you information about what the goals of the surgery should be, how we propose to achieve those goals, and the estimated cost of the procedure. Following your virtual consultation, you will be able to schedule a tentative surgery date pending a regular consultation in our office. A regular office consultation is still required prior to your surgery. Many out of town patients schedule their regular consultation 1-2 days prior to their scheduled surgery.
If you are interested in a revision rhinoplasty consultation, be aware that our doctor will not be able to fully review your case unless a full 12 months have elapsed since your last nasal surgery.

Photo Instructions for the Virtual Consultation
Photo Instructions for Facial & Rhinoplasty
- Take Photos in front of a plain background. For example, use a plain-colored wall or plain-colored sheet (white or blue is preferable) hung on a wall.
- Photos should show top of head to just below the neck with collar bones visible. Facial features should be relaxed. No smiling or frowning, just a relaxed natural position. Keep jawline in a relaxed natural position; do not try to push jaw out or “pose” as this will only obscure your natural jawline. Be as relaxed as possible for the best photo outcome.
- Keep the camera angle straight forward. Do not angle down or up as this will also create an unnatural position/view of the facial features. Set camera to Macro or flower mode for close up detail.
- A total of 6 images/views are needed: 1 front shot, 2 quarter turn shots, 2 side views and 1 view with head tilted upward. Each Photo size should not exceed 500 KB (to allow for Internet transmission.)
