This businessman from Orlando was bothered by heaviness of the upper eyelids and a tired look. Dr. Gross performed upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to help him look younger and improve his vision. The skin–muscle flap technique was used on the lower eyelid to tighten the muscle. There are no visible scars and he is very happy!
