Case #914 | Chin Implant | Orlando, FL: This 20-year-old woman from Orlando had a recessed chin/ microgenia and desired a stronger profile. Dr. Gross helped her with a chin implant (Implantech, solid silicone, Vertical Lengthening–small). It was placed through a submental approach and there is no visible scar. The after pictures shows vertical lengthening of the face and forward projection of the chin, which is now balanced.
