This Orlando man consulted with Dr. Gross for excessive ear protrusion that he had developed since childhood. The condition lowered his confidence and self-esteem. He requested ear pinning surgery or otoplasty to correct the problem. Surgical treatment was performed at Primera Surgery Center and results are shown at 1 week. He has good symmetry, and the ears look very natural.
