Ear Surgery (Otoplasty) Before & After Case 855

This patient from Orlando, FL, was bothered by ears that protruded excessively and bags under his eyes. Dr. Gross performed a bilateral otoplasty (ear pinning to both ears) which brings the ears closer to the head. He also performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty (stitch-less surgery), aka, transconjunctival blepharoplasty, to remove the excess fat that causes the look of eye bags. The ears look completely natural, and he's very pleased with his results!
