Dr. Gross performed a neck lift with platysma muscle tightening to lift the skin directly under the chin and along the neck. This corrects the cervico- mental angle with a scar hidden in the pre-auricular crease. The patient's neck and jawline now look firm and youthful, and he couldn't be more pleased!
