Neck Lift Before & After Case 621

Case# 621 | Submentoplasty | Orlando. This Orlando- area gentleman was bothered by sagging neck and a double chin.  We performed a Submentoplasty also known as a chin tuck or neck lift.  Dr. Gross performed a corset platysmaplasty and removed submuscular/ suprahyoid fat, as well as the anterior belly of the digastric muscles. This creates a sharp cervico-mental angle and a youthful neck.  The incision is hidden under the natural crease of the chin with a 1 week recovery.
