Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 586

Case #586 | Revision Rhinoplasty: This patient underwent a previous rhinoplasty in Atlanta, GA, and had a poor outcome. Her nose was over-projected and the bridge was still too high. Dr. Gross performed a revision cosmetic rhinoplasty to lessen her tip projection and reduce the dorsal height. The nostril flare was also reduced with Weir nasal base surgery. Results are shown at 1 year post-op. Her breathing is improved, and she is very happy.
