Case #714 | Revision Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This 43-year-old man was bothered by the fullness of his nasal tip and a crooked columella after a prior rhinoplasty in Turkey. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic revision rhinoplasty with bridge straightening, tip plasty, (projection and rotation), and nostril narrowing. His nose is much straighter from the front, and in profile his nasal tip no longer droops. A nice example of Ethnic Rhinoplasty. He is very pleased with his results!
