Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 792

This 22-year-old Orlando woman was bothered by a wide nose, crooked nose, and asymmetric nostrils. There was no history of trauma.  Dr. Gross performed open-approach cosmetic rhinoplasty with septoplasty, tip plasty, osteotomies, Weir nostril narrowing, and tip de-projection.  Breathe Easy internal nasal splints were used to stabilize the septum and improve her breathing. We use dissolving sutures making post-op visits stress free. Open approach rhinoplasty. 

Frontal views are shown to demonstrate correcting a wide nose and crooked nose.  Some asymmetry persists in the nostrils, which is not uncommon, according to Dr. Gross  She is very happy!
