Case #820 | Revision Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This 34-year-old woman was unhappy with the results of a previous rhinoplasty. Her nose twisted to the left, one nostril was higher than the other, and she had a wide nasal bridge and bulbous tip. Dr. Gross performed a revision rhinoplasty with bridge narrowing, tip narrowing, tip plasty, and septal repositioning. He also corrected her nostrils (Weir reductions) to reduce flaring and improve symmetry. Her nose is much more proportionate and feminine following her procedure, and she's super pleased!
