This Longwood, FL, woman was bothered by a long nose with a small dorsal hump. Her nasal tip was also over-projected. Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction and tip de-projection/ rotation. She now has a gentle curve to her nasal profile and a more defined tip.
