This patient was bothered by fullness on the bridge of her nose and a long nasal tip. She also suffered from nasal valve collapse and breathing problems. Dr. Gross performed a complex rhinoplasty using ultra-thin Medpor implants to provide nostril support while aslo shortening her tip projection. Her breathing is excellent now and demonstrates aesthetic and functional improvements.
