Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 281

Case #281 | Rhinoplasty with Nostril Narrowing: This patient consulted with Dr. Gross for a wide nasal base, a round tip, and wide nostrils. Dr. Gross performed rhinoplasty with tip plasty and nostril narrowing for her. The after photo shows the concealed nature of the nostril excisions which are hidden inside the nostril edges. Dr. Gross uses the open-approach method with a mid-columella incision (between the nostrils) and there is no visible scar. She is very happy.
