Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 348

Case #348 | Rhinoplasty w/ Implant. This patient was born with a saddle nose deformity from birth trauma. As a child, her nose bridge did not develop properly which resulted in a low and wide nose bridge. Dr. Gross performed cosmetic, reconstructive rhinoplasty and used a nasal implant to build up her nasal dorsum or bridge. The bridge is now defined and stronger. Tip plasty was also performed to refine her nose tip. Results shown at 1 month, and she is very happy. Her breathing is also improved.
