Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 362

Rhinoplasty: This college student from Orlando consulted with Dr. Gross for a refinement rhinoplasty. She was happy with the shape of her nose, but felt that overall it was too big for her profile. Dr. Gross reduced her nose in size by 15% while keeping the features the same. This way, she had the nose she liked--just a smaller, more feminine version of it.
