Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 375

Case #375 | Rhinoplasty: This Orlando patient had wanted a smaller nose since she was in the 5th grade. At 5'1" tall, her nose dominated her profile. Dr. Gross reduced her nose with cosmetic rhinoplasty. Her tip was shortened (de-projected), rotated, and lifted with tip plasty. Her new nose profile shows a natural result and nice change. She is very happy.
