Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 418

Case #418 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This graduate student was bothered by his nose profile and consulted with Dr. Gross about a rhinoplasty. His breathing was limited and excess tension from his septum pulled his lip upward. A tip plasty, dorsal reduction, and de-projection were done to achieve these results. After photo is shown at 3 months post-op with some residual swelling, which is normal. His breathing has improved, and he's very happy with his new look!
