Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 420

Case #420 | Rhinoplasty: This Orlando patient fractured her nose as a teenager and had difficulty breathing through the right nostril. She was also bothered by the wideness of her nose bridge and the curvature. (See arrows.) Dr. Gross corrected her nasal deformity and septum with cosmetic rhinoplasty and osteotomies. She returned to work in 1 week and is very happy.
