Case Details
This Orlando-area patient consulted with Dr. Gross in Lake Mary and was bothered by a wide nose bump on the bridge and bulbous tip. She had wanted this surgery since she was 16. Dr. Gross helped her with Rhinoplasty, bridge reduction and tip-plasty to straighten her nose and thin the nasal tip. Her after photos show a softer, more feminine profile. She is very happy now.
