This patient was bothered by a large dorsal hump on her nose profile and consulted with us for a rhinoplasty. Dr. Gross performed cosmetic nose surgery with tip plasty. Her side view is shown at 3 months. Her tip was rotated and shortened, and the bump is gone, giving her profile better balance. Frontal view of her nose is much straighter.
