Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 587

Case #587 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando: This patient consulted with Dr. Gross for correction of a fractured nose sustained while playing soccer. She was bothered by the bump that had formed on the bridge of her nose as a consequence. Dr. Gross performed an open approach rhinoplasty with osteotomies to reset the nose and cartilage grafting to correct the curvature. Her breathing was also improved. After photo shown at 1 year, and her nose is perfectly straight!
