Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 62

This patient from Tampa, FL, wanted her dorsal hump removed and the tip of her nose lifted. Dr. Gross helped with cosmetic rhinoplasty/nose job. Mild tip swelling is seen at the 3-month mark and will resolve over time. She is very happy and has renewed confidence! We use the open-approach method and there is no visible scar.
