Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 626

Case# 626. Rhinoplasty, Nose Job | Orlando, FL. This 21-year-old woman was bothered by a large dorsal hump on the profile view of her nose.  Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with tip de-projection and rotation, dorsal hump removal and osteotomies.  Her new profile looks more natural and balanced and she is very happy. Recovery was 1 week and surgery was performed as an outpatient in our Lake Mary surgery center. She wore a nose cast for 1 week.
