This 30-year-old Orlando, FL woman was bothered by a large nose and dorsal hump on her profile.  Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, osteotomies and tip plasty to de-project and rotate her tip.  There is no visible scar with the open approach.  She is very happy.  Photos shown at 1 year.
