Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 667

 This 50-year-old woman from Orlando was bothered by a wide, crooked nose.  Over the years it took on a larger shape relative to her face.  Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, osteotomies, tip rotation and tip plasty to achieve these results.  Recovery was 1 week and her procedure was performed in our outpatient surgery center in Lake Mary.

Her 9 month after picture demonstrates more refinement, and a softer more triangular shape to her nose.  She has seen the benefits of daily compression exercises and nose taping at night.
