This 29-year-old woman from Orlando was bothered by the dorsal hump on the bridge of her nose. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction as well as columella and tip lifting (rotation). The results of her surgery show a gentle inward slope along the bridge with an upturned tip. She is extremely happy with the outcome! After photo shown at one year.
