This 16-year-old from Winter Park, FL was bothered by a large dorsal hump, crooked nose, drooping tip and difficulty breathing form a deviated septum.  She was active in sports and sustained facial injuries causing her nose to be crooked and blocked breathing.  Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with radix reduction, dorsal hump removal, tip plasty and septal repositioning. 

In this case, he combined his 2 board certifications (Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology) to give her the benefit of cosmetic and functional improvements.
