Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 790

This 18-year-old student from Volusia county had a deviated septum and was bothered by the prominent bump on the bridge of her nose. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with bridge reduction and narrowing, tip plasty, tip de-projection, and tip rotation. Her nose is now much more proportionate with the rest of her facial features, and the bridge of her nose has a gentle slope.
