This 50-year-old woman from the Orlando area was bothered by a pointy nose and over projected tip. Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with tip plasty and de-projection using the Medial Crural Overlay technique. The open approach technique was used and there is no visible scarring. Results are very natural.
