Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This 59-year-old woman was bothered by a prominent dorsal hump and drooping tip. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, bridge narrowing, and tip projection, rotation, and plasty.
