Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 829

This 24-year-old man had experienced trauma to his nose (broken nose) during childhood which caused a prominent dorsal hump. He was also bothered by breathing issues (from a deviated septum), wide nostrils, and a drooping nasal tip. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with septal repositioning, dorsal hump reduction, bridge straightening, tip plasty and rotation, and nostril narrowing (Weir reductions). His bridge is much straighter now, he has a raised nasal tip, and his breathing has improved significantly! (After photo shown at 6-months post-op.)
