Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 887

This 28-year-old woman from Orlando, FL (Brazilian) was bothered by a wide nose and wide nostrils. Dr. Gross performed cosmetic rhinoplasty/ nose job with nostril narrowing (Weir reduction) and a medium chin implant (Implantech, Conform Extended Anatomical Chin- Medium) to correct microgenia/ recessed chin. Open Approach incisions are hidden inside nostril creases/ columella and dissolving sutures were used.
