This 28 year old Orlando woman was bothered by a wide nose that lacked definition. Dr. Gross performed primary Rhinoplasty and narrowed the bridge and her nose tip. It looks more feminine and fits her face better now. Medial and Lateral osteotomies and the Lateral Crural Overlay technique were done. Frontal view of nose shows narrowing.
