Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 918

Case #918 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This patient was bothered by the bump on her nose, a drooping, bulbous nasal tip, and the width of her nose. Dr. Gross performed a open approach rhinoplasty (Nose Job) with profile reduction, tip plasty, rotation, and de-projection. He also used osteotomies to repair and straighten the bridge of her nose. Her after photos show a smaller, straighter nose with a tip that curves upward instead of down, and a slope along the bridge. She couldn't be happier with her new look!
