Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 922

This 35 year old man from Orlando, FL had a broken nose from trauma as a teenager and his breathing was blocked. He required Rhinoplasty with internal nasal splints, turbinate cautery, septoplasty and grafting to the right side of nose, where previous trauma at caused indentions.  The dorsal hump was shaved conservatively. His after photograph shows his nasal pyramid is centered and his nose is straight.  His breathing is also improved.
