Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 926

This 27-year-old woman from Orlando, Florida was bothered by a large nose and over projected nasal tip.  Also her nostrils were flared.  We performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and de-projection of the nasal tip.  Dr. Gross narrowed her wide nostrils with the Weir excision technique.  In the after picture, her nasal tip is more petite and has better symmetry.
