Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 942

This patient from the Orlando area had difficulty breathing due to a deviated septum, and sought a smaller, more refined nose profile. Dr. Gross performed a breathing improvement rhinoplasty with profile reduction to remove a massive dorsal hump. In this complex case, Dr. Gross also repositioned and repaired the septum, using internal splints. He de-projected the nasal tip, bringing it closer to the face, and rotated the tip upward slightly. The patient is super happy with her new look and is breathing better than ever!
