Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 944

This young woman from Central Florida was unhappy with the bump on her nose known as a dorsal hump. She also disliked the pointed tip of her nose and felt that it protruded too far. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty in which he refined the nasal tip, narrowed the nostrils, and brought the tip closer to the face (known as tip de-projection). Most notably, he shaved down the dorsal hump to give her nose a smooth inward slope along the bridge. Her nose now looks perfectly proportionate with the rest of her face.
