Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 955

This young woman from Orlando, Florida area was unhappy with the long length and crookedness of her nose. She also disliked the size of her nostrils and the bump (known as a dorsal hump) on the bridge of her nose. Dr. Gross performed a complete cosmetic rhinoplasty with osteotomies to correct the crooked structure of her dorsum. He shortened the overall length of her nose and shaved down the dorsal hump so that her nose now curves inward instead of out. He also lifted, narrowed, and projected her nasal tip. Nostril narrowing was performed to reduce flare. The change is drastic but looks natural and proportionate. She's super happy with her new look, and her breathing has improved greatly!
