Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 963

This 19-year-old student from Orlando, FL, was bothered by a dorsal hump, droopy tip, crooked nose, and deviated septum. We performed cosmetic rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, septal repositioning, tip plasty with rotation, and cartilage strut support for the tip. Internal nasal splints (Breathe Easy) were used for 1 week to stabilize the septum. Her 3 month view shows beautiful results, and she's very happy. Breathing is markedly improved also.
