This 43-year-old woman from Orlando, FL was bothered by a large nose and a dorsal hump on her profile view. Dr. Gross performed open approach, cosmetic rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and tip rotation with tip plasty. The thin incision line under the columella is not visible and her results are very natural. Structural cartilage grafting was added to her tip to support the rotation.

The Lateral Crural Overlay technique, an advanced Rhinoplasty maneuver,  was used for tip rotation, according to Dr. Gross.
