Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 984

This Central Florida woman had a deviated septum which caused her nose to appear crooked. She also had a dorsal hump (or bump) on the bridge of her nose that had always bothered her. She consulted with Dr. Gross, who performed her rhinoplasty here at our Lake Mary, FL, office and surgery center. Dr. Gross used osteotomies and a cartilage graft to repair her dorsum. He straightened her septum and paid lots of attention to her nasal tip. The tip of her nose in the after photo is noticeably narrower, straighter, and uplifted. The bump is also gone. She loves her new look and feels that Dr. Gross gave her the nose she was always meant to have!
