This teenage patient from Central Florida disliked the prominent bump or dorsal hump on her nose. She also felt that the bridge of her nose was too wide, and the tip of her nose too bulbous. Dr. Gross performed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty to improve both the appearance and functionality of her nose. During surgery, he repaired her deviated septum, which greatly improved her breathing. He also repaired, straightened, and narrowed her dorsum. For the tip of her nose, he increased its projection and rotated it upward.
