Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 992

This young woman from Central Florida had wanted a rhinoplasty since she was 12 years old. Overall, she felt that her nose looked too large for her face. She particularly disliked the wideness of her nose and the prominent dorsal hump or "bump" on the bridge. During her procedure, Dr. Gross shaved down the dorsal hump and repaired her severely deviated septum. He decreased the projection of her nose, bringing it closer to her face. He straightened her nose and rotated her nasal tip upward slightly to give it a more feminine appearance. She finally has the nose of her dreams and improved breathing!
