Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 993

This Central Florida man disliked the large bump (known as a dorsal hump) on his nose and how the tip of his nose pointed downward. He consulted with Dr. Gross in our Lake Mary, FL, office and had a cosmetic rhinoplasty shortly after. During his surgery, Dr. Gross shortened his nose, shaved down the dorsal hump, and narrowed his dorsum. He de-projected the nasal tip, bringing it closer to the face, and rotated the nasal tip upward in a subtle way. The patient feels like he now has the nose he was always meant to have, and his breathing has improved too!
